Join us on Thursdays to Stretch, Work, Breathe and Release the stress from your week. Launch or support your personal path to self-care with this class for all levels. This is an alignment-based class with a slower pace, strong and steady. Instruction includes variations to accommodate any body type, breath work to calm the nervous system, and silent meditation to seal in the practice.

She is trained in the Iyengar style with an eclectic mix of intensive work with Forrest Yoga, Vini, Shadow, and Yoga Therapy. In addition to teaching classical Hatha based classes, she offers workshops, retreats, and one-on-one therapeutic yoga. One-on-one therapeutic specialties include the nervous system, asthma/respiratory conditions, hormone/energy imbalances, pelvic floor function, and a wide variety of orthopedic conditions.
